Reservation of any of our services will be made with a 20% deposit of the total amount. Deposits can be made in two ways, Bank deposit or Western Union. The rest of the payment for the service will be in cash at the moment you sign the contract.

There should be paid a deposit corresponding to a 90 % of total rent amount
that will be refunded at the end of the contract.

Apartments are rented at least for a minimum of 3 days.

Clas Apartments' s fee is the 20% of the total amount and it's not included in the prices and will be paid at the moment of contract signing.

In the same way, when the contract finishes we will be at the apartment which will be given back in the same conditions as it was received, and if any damage was made in the apartment, the client will pay for it according to inventory.

From the moment the client enters in contact with Clas Apartments, he is no way allowed to pay the owner directly. And if an apartment is rented at first with Clas Apartments, in no way the client is allowed to re-rent the apartment directly with the owner. The contract will be done by Clas Apartments and guest is to pay directly to the agency.

The reserve doesn´t return it if the person doesn´t come in to the apartment by any motive.
